Q: What’s the time commitment each week?
You’ll have bi-weekly coaching calls, two short check-ins, and tools/resources to use at your own pace. Most clients spend about 2–3 hours a week actively engaging.

Q: What if I choose the 6-month option and want to continue?
You’ll have the option to extend to 12 months at a prorated rate so you can continue your progress with full support.

Q: Is this a weight loss program?
No. This is a whole-life wellness program. While weight changes may occur, the focus is on strength, energy, mindset, and sustainable lifestyle shifts.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?
